Some Snow in the Forecast!

That's right, according to weather.com it's supposed to snow on Thursday AND Friday this week in Truckee, CA. This snow will add some much needed inches to the man made snow the resorts have already pumped out. I know i'm hitting up Tahoe this weekend for some freshies who else is?

Downtown Throwdown!

The Lib Tech Downtown Throwdown in San Francisco went off huge today! There were some crazy dudes out there throwin rodeos off pole jams and making some sweet lines. Once again, San Francisco happened to be über warm on the day of hosting a snowboard competition (think Icer Air) but the snow still seemed to hold up okay throughout the day. There were tons of sponsors with free gear, food vendors and live art. Definitely try to make it to San Francisco or Seattle for this event next year. Here are some sweet pics!

Boreal Mountain Resorts in Truckee, CA is open as of Friday, October 28th! Everyone who's been itching to get some snow action it's time to wax those boards or skis and get out there! Every Friday lift tickets are only $15 for college kids so get out there and start shredding!
